We believe you should know what your care will cost before you receive it. Our prompt pay and self-pay package bundles common foot and ankle services into straightforward, upfront pricing.
Self-pay means you’re opting to pay directly for your care rather than billing insurance. Payment is due at the time of service.

Podiatry Packages
All visits include a comprehensive evaluation with podiatrist Dr. Stark. Together, you’ll discuss your diagnosis, treatment options, expected recovery, and activity restrictions.
Nail Surgery Package
1 nail $500 / 2 nails $600
For ingrown or problematic nails requiring a procedure. This package includes:

These packages are designed to make self-pay care simple and transparent. Treatment is always based on your individual needs and clinical findings. Not every service or treatment is appropriate for every patient.
If you need care that is not included in one of these packages, we will explain the recommendation and cost before moving forward.

If you aren't sure whether your pain is plantar fasciitis, an Achilles problem, a neuroma, a sprain, or something else, start with the General Evaluation & Diagnosis. Dr. Stark will evaluate you, review your imaging, and recommend the appropriate next steps.
Self-pay services are not billed to insurance. If you have an HSA or FSA, you may be able to use those funds for eligible medical expenses. Please check with your plan administrator regarding eligibility.
What isn't included?
Pricing covers the services specifically listed within each package. Additional services, procedures, medications, durable medical equipment, laboratory testing, advanced imaging, surgery, or outside services are not included unless specifically stated.
